I come up there often because i typically just need help sometimes lol but every single time they are so helpful and just ... get things done in a respectful manner. Jorge is my hero lol he is always there when i need something for example when i went up there the other day i needed to borrow the Spare mailbox key because my husband took my car and wouldnt be back until the following day and i needed the card that was in there anyways he got it to me right away and i brought it back and he just made sure i was taken care of .. we have a beautiful proptery that im glad to call home. Many great improvements
I continue to be impressed by all the changes being made by the new management team. From the numerous maintenance requests ... finally being completed, upgrades to common areas; the addition of flowers and of course the yummy food trucks, I have no complaint. The only concerns I have include tenants being too lazy to actually open the dumpster to put bags inside instead of leaving trash outside the dumpster....why???? Additionally, I think it needs to be made clear and enforced that children need to be attended by adults when visiting the pool, and that the safety equipment should not be used as toys. Further, how do we know all individuals using the pools actually reside here at The Parkland..??? Lastly, can we PLEASE stop parking and driving on the grass??? Management has been doing a great job of improving the landscaping all over. If you feel your apartment is too far away from the parking lot, then by all means make other arrangements but please stop continuously driving on the grass as it's killing it. Thank You.
