I continue to be impressed by all the changes being made by the new management team. From the numerous maintenance requests finally being completed, upgrades to common areas; the addition of flowers and of course the yummy food trucks, I have no complaint. The only concerns I have include tenants being too lazy to actually open the dumpster to put bags inside instead of leaving trash outside the dumpster....why???? Additionally, I think it needs to be made clear and enforced that children need to be attended by adults when visiting the pool, and that the safety equipment should not be used as toys. Further, how do we know all individuals using the pools actually reside here at The Parkland..??? Lastly, can we PLEASE stop parking and driving on the grass??? Management has been doing a great job of improving the landscaping all over. If you feel your apartment is too far away from the parking lot, then by all means make other arrangements but please stop continuously driving on the grass as it's killing it. Thank You.
